HazMit project plans due by July 1; town has none for this round.

S LaFrance discussed plan for Bordeau Rd. Completed survey and spoke to Lynch. Per RSA, 2 roads = 33’. Lynch wants new culvers, ditches, shoulders. Can’t do without landowner permission to give up land. LaFrance recommended sending letter to owners of intent. Recommends traveled way of 18’ (both lanes) without ditches. By S Stones, it is 16’. 18’ + 6’ (mol) on each side. For ditches would be more in reasons to appease landowners.

Brooks/Ruch motion (approved 2/0): support LaFrance’s recommendation.

Stinson reported problems with Wild Blue. State would like the town to look into having broadband. Would like Selectmen’s office to look into broadband hookup, Would be beneficial for use with Avatar.
