Library Trustee Meeting – April 14, 2010

Present: Dana Cassell, Tracy Kostka, Claire Martineau

Bills presented for payment: Fair Point Communications, $87.47; NCIA, $22.00; Amazon, $164.64; Tracy Kostka, $8.50.

New computers et up by Steve Hoyt on 4/8/10; will come back next week to finish up.

Letter received from Selectmen re use of Community Room by Fantastic Fridays asking for it to be cleared out by early May – responded w/letter asking for a more definitive date. Patty Summers said this morning they need it by May 15^th. Tracy and I to continue the weed, catalogue and merge of collection.

New e-mail address set up w/Google. Dana has done all the footwork for this. Should be able to cancel NCIA service by end of month.

Reviewed new book purchases.

Next meeting changed to May 7 (Friday) at 9:30 a.m.
